Jeff

Jeff Johnson EA, CFP

Partner

Jeff has dedicated his career to assisting individuals and small business clients with tax and financial planning for over 15 years. Whether he is comprehensively planning tax-reduction strategies and asset protection or providing businesses with employee benefit strategies, succession plans, business appraisals and more, he understands the financial ecosystem in which closely-held businesses operate, and helps them navigate their best interests.

Jeff holds a finance degree from University of North Dakota, and has continually added to his financial education, now holding the industry designations of Enrolled Agent (EA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) as well as a life and health insurance license from the state of California. Jeff is a member of the California Society of Enrolled agents and the Financial Planning Association.

Ria Richmond

Ria comes from a hard-working family in Europe and is thrilled to now be living her own American Dream while helping business owners and individuals achieve theirs. She has nearly 30 years of experience in both public and private accounting, so she brings a high level of insight from years working with large corporations to her passionate advocacy for business-owning clients and individuals.

Ria focuses on helping clients manage their financial well-being, matching financial insight with expert advice, professionalism, responsiveness and an ultimate goal of peace of mind for that client.

Ria is proud to have worked to put herself through college, earning a Bachelor in Accounting from University of Illinois at Chicago before later pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration and Management from Benedictine University. She is a California Registered Tax Preparer. In addition to her professional work, Ria enjoys giving back; she has been a longtime volunteer at Tri City Auxiliary and other various city events for years.
